Terms and Conditions

  1. If you are going to commission me, you must automatically follow my terms and services.
  2. Payment must always be upfront. I will not start until I get paid first.
  3. No refunds or holds UNLESS:
    1. If I am unable to start the commission, you will receive a full refund.
    2. If I am unable to finish but progress was made, you will be partially refunded depending on how much I've finished.
  4. Be sure to give me the following for your commission:
    1. Reference of the Character
    2. Pose and Expression
    3. Outfit if not in the reference
    4. Additional details if needed
  5. Let me know if you want updates on your commission.
  6. You can only request for changes during the sketch or lineart stages. If you request for changes in the coloring stage and it's not about color, it will cost extra.
  7. Do not do big edits of my art without explicit permission. If it makes me uncomfortable, I'm blocking and blacklisting you.
  8. If you want an artwork finished by a certain deadline, you must pay extra and inform me before I accept the commission.
  9. I can turn down your commission for any reason and will inform you of it.
  10. If you plan to use my art for commercial use, inform me before you do.
  11. Rude/Disrespectful clients will be blocked. If you attempt to contact me through a different account, you will be blacklisted.
  12. No one is allowed to use my art as NFTs.
  13. No one is allowed to use my art as a base for AI.
  14. If you break any of these rules you will be blocked and blacklisted.
